Comfortable room, clean hotel, all inclusive offer, convenient parking, beautiful jungle ambient.

All was perfect.

This is not a hotel. This is an apartment complex with people living and 'for sale' signs on windows etc. The first thing you see upon arrival by car is signs in front the hotel saying you can't park there or you will be towed. You also can't use the car park until check in is done. After check in you have to find the car park and if you are lucky there will be a spot otherwise the guy looking on will tell you to put the car anywhere. You then have to get your bags and find your room on your own. The room is dirty. The shower has electric hot water with the wires exposed...radical shower. The bed is really 2 small beds pushed together with that crack in the middle which leads to uncomfortable sleep. That is if you do get a chance to sleep, with all the noise coming from the pool area with all the people who live there enjoying their weekend with music, children, screams etc.. The pool was small, cloudy and looked dirty. The river that flows behind the apartment blocks is nice but small and really just offers a photo opp. There are no water parks or structure of any kind at this location even though they will try to sell you a package to a nearby park. This a a horrible place to stay and you are much better off going to nearby Caldas Novas where many good hotels with structure and parks within exist. Look for an International hotel there and you won't regret it.

the hotel was set a few steps away from parque das fontes. we recommend and return to the place.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. the all-inclusive deal was a great option, and the food was surprisingly good for a hotel. the proximity to the hot river was definitely the highlight of my stay, especially since it wasn't crowded. the heated pool was also a nice touch.

The steep walk to the nearby park was not convenient for me. the staff at reception were not particularly helpful.

The hotel has the Hot River inside it´s propretie.

* Location is good, near Rio Quente Resort's "Hot Park". You can get there by foot. This was the number one reason why we chose this hotel. * The hot pool is a nice addition.

* The hotel food was really bad. Everything was bland and tasteless. The cereals even had bugs in it. * Hotel staff always seemed pissed at their jobs and not caring about customers. It was almost impossible to get a hold of them by phone. * The shower had no electrical grounding and would shock us if not careful. Hotel staff made this seem like a recurring non-issue. * There were bugs everywhere, in their kitchen, in our bathroom, in our room. * Really old technology, tube tv with bad signal, no cable, no wifi in the room. * Some very unusual and bad rules for a hotel (had to buy a prepaid nonrefundable card to buy food at the hotel, had to buy an internet cable to use internet in the room). Made it seem like this hotel group has really no experience in this business at all. * Overall, everything had really low quality standards. Low cleaning standards. Low costumer service standards. Not what you'd expect from a "4 star" hotel as they claim to be. It was much worse than most 3 star ones we've been to before.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location outside of the water park was perfect for me. I loved being able to easily access all the fun and excitement of the park, but then come back to a peaceful and quiet hotel. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. The room amenities, including the air conditioning and mini-bar, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. And the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my trip.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

During my stay at this hotel, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The parking was effortless and the location outside of the water park was really convenient. Furthermore, the breakfast was scrumptious and the staff was very helpful.

the room was comfortable and had a separate sitting area and bedroom. Breakfast and dinner were included and the Brazilian hotel food was plentiful. We enjoyed the large outdoor pool and a stretch of river at the back of the hotel that was naturally heated. the grass area was peaceful and away from the loud music.

The reception staff could have been more helpful at times.

The hotel offered a nice outdoor pool and a natural hot river, which was enjoyable for a quick dip. The buffet breakfast was adequate with a good selection of options available, and the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. The room was quite outdated and had several maintenance issues.
